"Onsite Rebuild" Process step by
step
-
Two member team arrive at your
place on Sunday.
-
A complete rebuild is carried out on
site at you place, through the
weekend.
-
This is done in two weeks.
-
You give us one person as a helper.
Give us all the lifting capability.
-
Normally
8 to 12 days. 2 People , a total 200
to 300 hours (Including travel),
your machine will become
functionally new
with almost all necessary parts
changed.
-
The idea is to give you a 20000 hour
mechanically sound machine. If you
have the capability to paint at the
same time, your machine will look
like new.
-
The project runs at a hyper phase to
get you back to service as fast as
possible. The past experience shows
tremendous savings, due to machine
not being moved an done at 10 days.
It is all in your hands, how much
you can support us.
-
We come in, we leave when you run
parts. It is up to you to support us
to get us out of your place.
-
We order the parts ahead of time on
assessment of your machine. Most of
the time we don't need to visit you
to make a judgment call. We know
these machines so much we can tell
what is wrong over a phone call or a
facetime conference. We spend some
time ahead in getting us ready.
